Happy 24th Birthday

Today we celebrated Emma's Birthday (a day early). Brenna is still in exam mode, but came down today and will be going back tomorrow. Unfortunately Jeremy is home sick with the flu. We went ahead with our plans for Easter Supper and Emma's birthday. Hopefully Jeremy will be better tomorrow and able to visit.

 Overnight we had a frost and these are pictures of the sun warming the roof.

No More Tolls

Paul and I were driving home from work today, in an impressive winter storm, to discover that the tolls were officially off. We went through shortly after 4:00pm and they had just come off.

There was great talk all week, would they come off, would they remain for awhile yet??????

We have been paying tolls since we moved here in 1980.

Once the toll booths come down there will be quite a change in the landscape on the west side of the city.
