Quick Halifax Visit

Took Mom to halifax where she will spend the week.

 

  Had a great visit with Jack, Margie and the boys.

Jack is an outstanding cook, so we ate very well.

Margie and I enjoyed a couple of Margaretas (named after Margie )....delicious.

Margie and I even got out for a morning kayak.

Graduating Class of 2016

Yesterday Charles had his graduation from pre-school.

Moving on to kindergarten in September.

Team Award

Our department was presented an award for Team Work by the provincial LPN group. 

These are the LPN's who work in our department...minus one.

This felted piece was done for a co worker who was leaving our department.

Her grandparents (Opa and Oma) are from Holland, hence the tulips.

Jesse Cook Concert at Fredericton Playhouse on Friday

His violinist is from Halifax, Chris Church. He has been with Jesse for 15+ years.

This was our 3rd concert and it just gets better every time.

We had front row seats...awesome....and it was a very intimate, entertaining concert.

He played a mixture of old songs and 3 from his latest album.
He is a must see.
