Christmas lunch with Mom

  Today, Peter and I had luch with Mom. Each resident could invite 2 guests.

Paul and I went to Fredericton for Charles' christmas concert. Theses were taken  at his school following the concert.

Williams' class was learning highland dancing from one of the parents.

We went to see their final class.

Sherbrooke Village Christmas

On Sunday we played bingo.. the couple we were staying with were working the bingo. First time Paul and I had played bingo like this.

Great prices but we didn't win anything.

What a great weekend. We were 5 couples, all staying at our friends.

Sherbrooke Village Christmas

On Saturday , we had breakfast in town, walked the village, took a wagon ride around the village.

We saw local people dressed in period costumes.

 

We had an afternoon victorian tea at the Sherbrooke Hotel.

There were local venders in some of the buildings, a chance to do christmas shopping.

Sherbrooke, NS Village Christmas

Last weekend we spent  with friends in Little Liscombe, NS.

In Sherebrooke, 10 minutes away, we attended the annual Sherbrooke Village Christmas.

On Friday we were in the village for the tree lighting, walked around the village and saw the beautiful lights, watched the fireworks and had hot chocolate and a homemade gingerbread cookie.
