Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Icing

Yesterday, being a good day to stay home, I decided to try red velvet cupcakes.

They turned out very moist and the cream cheese icing, with sprinkles, completed them. I had one comment from a "non-cream cheese icing lover", so maybe next time I'll try regular icing.

Today Charles sat in his bumbo chair surrounded by leaves.

He made an effort to try and pick them up but didn't

seem to like the feel of the leaves.

Charles has mastered rolling from stomach to back.

He did roll from back to stomach, but being more difficult, he is not so keen to continue.

Jeremy, Emma and Charles visited yesterday and Emma and Charles stayed overnight (Jeremy worked a 12hr. day today) ...so I took pictures today.

When he lies on his back and brings his legs up, he likes to literally put the soles of his feet together.
