Fall is close at Hand
A bird, "The Common Nighthawk", was out in full force this evening. Paul and I were having supper out on the deck and I counted at least 12 of them flying around the neighbourhood. August is when we usually see them. I was first introduced to them by Mr. and Mrs. Longwwod, over the hill.

We saw them as well. Lovely, as always... but sad at the same time as that always means summer is coming to an end.
Gotta love those August evenings though!
