Last evening Paul and I had the pleasure of celebrating the Christmas season at a house party at Adele and Jon's. Before we knew it we were walking home at 1:00am. LOTS of drink, great food and oodles laughter and stories from the "Green Boys".
I departed with this lovely arrangement of holly and evergreen from the "host" own yard.
Thanks soooooo much.....we had a wonderful evening.
Following is the "spinach dip recipe"
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup mayo
1 pkg Knorr veg soup mix
Mix together and let sit for a few hours.
Add 1/2 chopped onion
1/2 pkg thawed and chopped spinach
Serve with pumpernickel bread.

Nuclear Wasted literally consumed the last bottle of beer available. I know I had a great time just watching everyone eat (lots), drink (too much) and be merry ( with those same old tired stories of "those green boys" attempting to grow up (fail). Anyone reading this who missed this party really missed an "epic" event. One Academy Award Performance and the Oscar goes to...
I've never seen a spinach dip eaten quite that fast.
Next thing I new, the bowl got chopped up and then the scavengers ate that too!
Kicked the stragglers out around 2:30. What a show.
Uncle Stephen is still asleep somewhere I bet...
Sounds like a really great time was had by all! I can't wait until next year when Rod and I will be there!
Thanks for posting the recipe Martina! I just commented on A's blog asking what you brought! Ha!
Wishing you a great December. Looking forward to the pics of Charles' first Christmas!
