PUMPKIN CRANBERRY BREAD

PUMPKIN CRANBERRY BREAD
 Preheat oven to 350, grease and flour 2 9x5 loaf pans.
Combine: 3 cups flour, 1Tbsp plus 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, 2 tsp b.soda, 1 1/2 tsp salt in lg. bowl.
Combine 3c. sugar, 1 15oz. can pure pumpkin, 4 eggs, 1c. veg. oil, 1/2c. orange juice. Mix well. Then add to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened.
Fold in 1/2c. cranberries.
Bake for 60 min. or until done.
Cool in pans for 10 min. and remove to wire racks.

Last week I halved the recipe and made one loaf.....DELICIOUS and  VERY MOIST!
