Someone Thinks It's Pool Time!

Mr. and Mrs. Duck are a little too early for the pool season.

Easter Weekend

  Brenna is home for the weekend. Charles and her were having some one on one time on the deck.

The girls took Charles into the back yard to see new things, rocks, leaves, twigs and crocus' in bloom. He was very timid but with Emmas gently persuasion he evently was willing to touch things.

Painting Class Continues

This was last Mondays lesson, done on a 11X 14 canvas. It is taken from a painting done by "Monet"......absolutely no comparison.

This is an attempt at going out on my own. I painted this yesterday.

Done on a 8X10, it reminds me of my garden in the summer.

Painting Classes

  I started painting classes....three weeks in this is what I have done. The above painting is from a picture that our teacher gave us to paint. We completed it in the first class, done on a 8X10.

The second and third class involved painting something that we choose to paint.

This is from a picture I had taken of my pottery, again done on a 8x10 canvas. It's from Greig Pottery in Gagetown.

We are also learning to draw: circles, ovals, squares, rectangles....all the basics for drawing pictures in order to paint.
