This guy is in big trouble - have they caught him yet? I read an article that the police were tracing the IP address of the YouTube video...
Yes they confiscated the motor cycle from the video. Apparently there are some distinguishing marks around the handle bars. As of last week they have not charged the rider yet because he denies it was him. The police are hoping someone will be able to positively identify him. It was on Vancouver Island.
