Our Saturday

Today Paul and I drove to Fredericton. The girls had a field hockey tournament; UNB , SMU, Acadia, Dalhousie, PEI. The girls played at 1300hr (which we watched...the score was 1-0 for Dalhousie) and they palyed again at 1500hr against Acadia. We stayed for a few minutes while Brenna was on the field playing defense. Emma is still goalie. It has been a miserable day.....rain, rain and more rain...and I never thought I would be out in the weather again watching sports that my girls play but like a good mother there I was. We were wet, cold, shivering and after we left at 1530hr the girls would be heading home at around 1600hr for a warm shower and warm food. The cololrs were beautiful for the drive up and back...even more spectacular than last week when I drove back from Grand Falls. I will be heading back to Grand Falls in the morning to spend the week. Margie departs tomorrow. Tonight Paul and I are going to a "BlueMan" concert at Harbour Station. The girls and Jack are going in Fredericton tomorrow evening.
