If you recall, we purchased a Kenmore stove a couple of weeks ago......on a Thursday. Well, when it arrived it had a scratch (problem #1) and I was not pleased so I called customer service to have it replaced. I was instructed to call the local store and tell the salesperson I dealt with what was happening at which time she asked, "did you discuss a compensation package?", to which I replied "no", to which she replied " they are usually very generous in their compensation". Needless to say I turned that around in my head all night. The next day, Friday, Paul decided to cook a pizza and use the convection feature....problem #2. When the convection was running the floor in front of the stove vibrated and talk about LOUD! So Saturday I called customer service again and they arranged for a service call on Tuesday. Saturday night Mom, Dad and Peter and family were in for supper. The ham didn't cook quite right and the front left burner took a long time to heat up, but then again it was a different stove compared to what I was use to. Supper finished, we did the dishes and I cleaned the top of the stove...problem #3. When I went to dry the top of the stove with my dishcloth it SPARKED and it did it 2 more times. That’s when we turned the breaker of to the stove, moved it out of the kitchen and brought the old one back in.....luckily I still had it. Tuesday the service guy came and when he lifted the top of the stove the burners fell to the bottom; he said there was a part missing and we were lucky nothing worse happened.
Today our new stove arrived, and it's not from Sears.

Stove looks good. The stainless steal works. Is it big enough for you and Paul though? Trade ya!
I don't think so Mary.
